Epilog/Spin-off: A Five

Star Wars the Old Republic going Rock: The A Five

After successfully turning the Empire upside down, five young heroes decided to form a Rock band: Aslan, Atam, Amon, Avuk and Agorusi - the "A Five" were born.

Aslan Zala "Heartbeat" Taranus

(Former) Imperial Agent

The band's founder and coordinator. Aslan has been playing the drums since he was a boy. As a balance to his tough education in an Alderaan academy, and also to strengthen his body, he spent many hours playing together with his friend Avuk.
Aslan has a natural sense for rhythm and play feel and he can create fancy and fitting grooves for every song.
After a long adventurous journey throughout the galaxy, the charismatic human had the idea to found a band together with some fellow friends and companions.

Atam Tona

Sith Warrior

Having had a hard youth, all Atam knew was to struggle to stay alive and fight his way through life. Having met humourous and playful Vette, and Aslan shortly afterwards, he found trustworthy friends for life.
After discovering Atam's powerful voice, Vette jokingly proposed the Cathar warrior to become a singer, which he annoyedly declined at first. After the long-sought revolution within the Empire, Atam continued to hone his battle skills when Aslan came to visit his old friend, trying to persuade him to take part in a rock band.
After being reluctant at first, the former agent could eventually get the proud Cathar to at least join the band's practice sessions to get an impression, without any pressure. After seeing the band members' passion and devotion for their cause, Atam decided to give it a try and test his voice.

The Sith owns a stunningly powerful and emotional high-pitched voice (comparable to Joseph Williams or Phil Collins). He usually pairs up singing with his fellow Cathar Amon.

Amon Rhos

Smuggler

After being pursued and trapped by bounty hunter Agorusi, the sneaky smuggler Amon was helped out his misery by the escaping back-then Imperial Agent Aslan Zala Taranus, who could persuade Agorusi to walk off. Amon had to return stolen goods. In exchange, the smuggler was given a talisman Aslan had received from Avuk after aiding the latter during a joint fight.

Later, Amon returned the talisman as a sign of gratitude. Getting tired of constantly being hunted, the Cathar chose to join Aslan's newly founded band. He occasionally used to play the guitar, trying to impress his female audience, but usually failed to succeed doing so.
Amon is quite a skilled singer with a medium-pitched voice (like Steve Lukather) and trained to become a solid guitarist. His forte are ballads and romantic songs, which brought him the nicknames "AmoR" and "Rose".

Avuk Sartala

Former leader of the Havoc Squad

Grown up on Alderaan as the son of an influential and relatively wealthy family, young Avuk received high education from the start. Brought up to become a diplomat or senator, the Mirialan had to go through a strict and tiring teaching. Avuk wanted to become a soldier, though.

When he was 12 years old, Avuk met Aslan in the Academy, and quickly became friends with him. The two spent most of their spare time playing music. While Aslan played the drums, Avuk accompanied his friend on the piano, one of the few activities he liked among his lessons.

After being severely wounded, Avuk was forced to pass on the leadership of the Havoc Squad to Aric Jorgan. Afterwards, he continued as a military advisor on Coruscant, but eventually grew tired of the constant political intrigues and quit military service for good.

When he was asked by his long-time friend Aslan to join the band, he gladly accepted, hoping to give his life a new meaning. He is playing the keyboard.

Agorusi Sartala

(Former) Bounty Hunter

Avuk's older brother, who was destined by his parents to become a high-ranked officer in the Republican army, chose to live the life of a bounty hunter. After a brief run-in with Aslan, the calm and sturdy Mirialan was impressed by the agent's ability to solve situations without force.

After successfully aiding the revolutionists during their fight for a just Empire, "Rus" chose to leave his former life behind him and joined Aslan's band as a bassist. "Still waters run deep" certainly applies to him - Agorusi is a talented poet and songwriter, supporting the band not only with his pronounced basslines, but also with his slightly husky, deep voice.
